RPO Recruiter (tech), 6-months FTC, Sydney

Korn Ferry RPO | Global SaaS Client

We're partnering with a globally recognised SaaS organisation and supporting their ongoing growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Korn Ferry RPO team, delivering end-to-end recruitment for a leading technology business and making an immediate impact.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle hiring for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers while bringing strong market insights, sourcing capability, and a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model (minimum 1 day per week onsite in Sydney CBD).

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, Cyber, Product, and related functions
  • Drive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
  • Deliver market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Quickly integrate into the team and contribute from day one

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, ideally within a fast-moving environment.

You will bring:
  • Proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Cloud, AI, Cyber, Product, or related technical roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience working in RPO, agency, or in-house environments
