The roleThis is a
specialist sourcing role focused on building high-quality talent pipelines:
- Identify and engage passive candidates
- Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Map talent markets and build long-term pipelines
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to support delivery
