Exciting Opportunity - Recruitment Business Partner (Hybrid | Sydney)

We're currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join a well-established RPO Talent Acquisition team, supporting one of Australia's leading diversified property groups. In this role, you'll work closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, delivering expert recruitment solutions across the business.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all business functions. Your ability to build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders will be key to your success, as you provide insights and guidance that add real value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide market insights
  • Promote roles using the client's employer brand in a creative and responsible way
  • Monitor job ad performance and adjust strategies based on candidate pipeline
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct and active candidate outreach
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing recruitment role, with a passion for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, including attraction, selection, and offer management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid model: 3 days onsite at the client's Sydney office
