Job description

We have an opportunity for a talented Executive Business Partner to join our client's friendly team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will provide superior support to the CCO whilst playing a pivotal role in the coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation. In addition, you will work closely with other Executives ensuring alignment to strategic initiatives to meet the organisational goals. seamlessly coordinating internal communication across Head Office, Asia Pacific and other local stakeholders.

In addition, you will plan and manage key external and internal events and act as a strategic partner through planning and tracking initiatives and programs across Sales and Marketing teams. You will be working in a fast paced, evolving business landscape providing consistent support to the Executive to enable them to be responsive to the Head Office as well as the executive leadership team.

In your new role, your key responsibilities will be:
  • Partnering with the Head of Programs to drive the coordination and implementation of business wide strategic initiatives whilst acting as a key liaison between executives and other business functions.
  • Provide high level support to the Executive team that aligns with organisational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop executive level reports and strategic updates to support decision making and business partnering.
  • Support executives in managing change initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging is managed with the internal Communications team and alignment with strategic objectives is met.
  • Implement best proactive for calendar optimisation, priority management and effective time allocation across executives whilst resolving conflicts and anticipating needs
  • Liaising between the CCO and key internal stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, sound judgement and professionalism
  • Managing CCO led internal and external events, such as Team Offsites, Customer Forums and Leadership Meetings
  • Creating and formatting presentations, reports and messaging
  • Partnering with other Executive Assistants to coordinate cross functional activities and company-wide events
  • Organising complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transport and agendas
To be successful, you can demonstrate:
  • Proven track record as a high-level Executive Assistant with a commercial outlook and ideally with Business Manager experience within a customer centric organisation
  • Experience managing strategic projects, supporting business planning and driving execution is a must
  • Superior organisation, time management and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written communication skills, including preparing executive level messages and presentations and business wide communications.
