About the Opportunity:

The Demand Planner (B2B) is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for business customers, ensuring reliable supply, optimized inventory, and strong service performance. This role interfaces closely with Sales, Key Account Managers, Supply Planning, and Customer Service to translate customer inputs, contracts, and marketing signals into a robust demand plan that supports operational and financial objections

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level forecasts for key B2B customers

• Analyze trends, customer inputs to build a robust demand plan

• Track forecast accuracy, identify risks / opportunities, and recommend improvements

• Support customer service performance and inventory optimization

Qualification and Skills

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain (B2B preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and Excel/system proficiency

• Ability to collaborate with Sales and external customers

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of ERP/forecasting tools (SAP, P10) is a plus
