The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a results driven and commercial Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Sales Force Effectiveness Team in Sydney. This fantastic opportunity will require you to analyse complex sales and market data, provide valuable insights to a broad range of key stakeholders across the business and advise on actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Commercial Sales and Marketing Teams to design, develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports to support the Business Insights and Sales Force Excellence Teams
  • Working with the Data & Analytics Team to identify new data sources, refine data requirements and design or prioritise any changes to online platforms and dashboards
  • Undertaking complex commercial analysis to support, influence and/or shape business decision making through data-driven insights
  • Ensuring a smooth operating environment for the incentives and sales operations cycles
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve on efficiencies and accuracy of SFE processes

About You

  • Degree qualifications in Data Science, Data & Analytics, Finance or Science and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a large commercial organisation with strong stakeholder interactions
  • Background in commercial reporting and dashboards, and proficient in using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics, plus advanced MS Excel skills
  • Exceptional business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, along with a high attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player, who is results and solutions focused
