The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Inventory & Consignment administrator to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will monitor integrity of inventory records and processes, including warehouse, customer consignment, and perform tasks to validate and maintain inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Complete inventory adjustments in SAP and mymediset
  • Push CBC updates in internal CRM system
  • Monitor team inbox, assigning tasks to appropriate team members for action
  • Complete inventory adjustments in SAP & mymediset as requested by internal warehouse and CS teams.
  • Develop thorough understandings of SAP & mymediset system processes being used within J& J MedTech ANZ, and relevant compliance requirements
  • Respond to requests for support from colleagues and proactively share information and insights
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers (internal and external) to assist in managing broader 1MD objectives

About You

  • Preferred area of study: Health Care or logistics
  • Preferred related industry experience: Medical, logistics
  • Other qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain area
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Good understanding of inventory management concepts and processes
  • Good understanding of consignment inventory concepts and processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience & knowledge of SAP inventory management and warehouse management modules
