Description:

Set on a stunning 70-acre estate in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country, voco Kirkton Park is where charm meets sustainability. We’re on the lookout for a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our property remains beautiful, functional, and safe for both guests and colleagues.

As part of the IHG family, you'll help bring to life our promise of True Hospitality — with care, confidence, and attention to every detail.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Maintenance team to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage and deliver the hotel’s Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP)
  • Coordinate the work of contractors, consultants, and in-house technicians
  • Troubleshoot and respond to maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, safe work practices, and IHG standards
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficiency programs
  • Maintain all plant equipment and oversee service contracts

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Relevant trade qualification and General Safety Induction (White Card)
  • NSW Open Driver’s Licence
  • Hotel, resort, or facilities management experience highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of BMS, WHS, preventative maintenance, and project coordination
  • A passion for problem-solving and leading by example

What You'll Get in Return:

  • Global IHG hotel discounts and travel perks
  • Career growth opportunities within one of the world’s largest hotel groups
  • Access to training, development, and leadership support
  • A friendly and supportive team in a breathtaking location
  • The chance to shape the guest experience behind the scenes
