Your Day to Day

• Welcome guests with genuine care and a seamless check-in experience
• Support IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
• Handle bookings, payments, and enquiries efficiently
• Anticipate guest needs and share local recommendations that make their stay unforgettable

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, confident personality and strong communication skills

• Computer literacy and comfort with fast-paced environments
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus — but your attitude matters most!
