At voco™ Kirkton Park Hunter Valley, we’re redefining the quintessential Hunter Valley escape. Set on 70 acres of rolling countryside in the heart of Pokolbin, our boutique estate blends luxury hospitality with a true paddock-to-plate philosophy — complete with manicured gardens, a vegetable patch, and farm animals onsite.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie – Outlets to join our culinary team and help deliver elevated dining experiences across our signature outlets.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Working closely with our Head Chef, you will:

  • Lead a designated section across Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar and In-Room Dining

  • Deliver high-quality à la carte service with precision and consistency

  • Support conference & events production as required

  • Contribute to seasonal menu development aligned with our paddock-to-plate philosophy

  • Maintain exceptional hygiene standards and accurate HACCP compliance

  • Mentor and guide junior team members

  • Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to create memorable guest experiences

What we’re looking for

Our ideal foodie will bring:

  • Formal Commercial Cookery qualification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a hotel environment

  • Strong à la carte experience

  • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • A collaborative, positive leadership style

  • High attention to detail and presentation standards

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
