Bar Supervisor – Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Full Time Bar Supervisor to support bar operations, lead our talented team, and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with daily bar operations and shift supervision
• Support beverage menu development, seasonal cocktail specials, and premium offerings
• Share wider leadership responsibilities within the Food & Beverage department, including supporting and running events, liaising with the C& E team, and ensuring smooth service across all outlets
• Manage stock control including ordering, receiving, rotation, and supplier relationships
• Uphold RSA, licensing requirements, and all safety standards
• Deliver authentic, high-quality guest service at all times
• Train, mentor, and support bar attendants to build a positive, high-performance culture
• Oversee bar administration including inventory systems, wastage reporting, and maintenance schedules
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness
• Assist with workforce planning, rostering, and operational coordination

About You

• Previous leadership experience in a hotel, premium bar, or restaurant
• Physically capable — able to lift stock, move equipment, and be on your feet throughout your shift
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak-event periods
• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
• Confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Passionate about hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong understanding of stock management and accountability processes
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and proactive
• Current NSW RSA (essential)
