Description:

The role is based in the Sydney Office. The candidate will report to the Inventory Manager and support in all areas of Inventory. The Inventory team is part of the Finance Department.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for autonomously tracking shipments, for inventory monitoring accuracy and reporting activity, whilst also supporting with CITES processing, re-exports and duties drawbacks. The role is required to interact independently with both internal and external stakeholders (stores, office, logistics partners and vendors).

Responsibilities:
  • Tracking of all incoming shipments & local delivery, when shipped direct to stores
  • Monitors inventory receiving, liaising with store stock teams and LDC to ensure processing, delivery, and stock receipt accuracy
  • Coordinates all re-exportations including Transfer offers, Consignment returns, Store export sales, After sales, duty drawbacks etc.
  • In charge of all CITES applications with a sound understanding of the CITES process and procedure.
  • Manages any manual uploads of invoices to Cegid/WMS (St Louis, Puiforcat, Cosmax)
  • Monitors any failed uploads of stock and non-stock invoices to Cegid/Job Tracker platform.
  • Actions stock adjustments in a timely manner.
  • With the Inventory manager, organise and implement a variety of stock takes and mini counts for all boutique and warehouse location with follow up and reporting.
  • Ensure audit compliance for all inventory processes.
  • Stock Reporting Month End reconciliation.
  • Support the Inventory Manager in reporting and audits.
  • Participates in all inventory-related activities for all stores and warehouse location.
  • Participates in new store openings and store relocation set up.
  • Participates in exceptional events and any ad hoc projects.

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong capability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with all stores, office and logistics partners (external)
  • Strong background in Excel and ability to use retail and inventory systems (Cegid)
  • Flexibility to adapt and eagerness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to individual and team objectives
