Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Centre Operations - Manage daily operation of the centre; ensure offices, meeting rooms, kitchens and common areas are presentable; coordinate cleaning, maintenance, IT and security; liaise with building management.
  • Member & Community Management - Act as main point of contact for clients; deliver professional front-of-house service; resolve issues promptly; build relationships; foster a positive boutique community; coordinate small events.
  • Leasing, Tours & Onboarding - Support the Serviced Office Manager with conducting tours; manage enquiries; convert leads. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs; manage meeting room and virtual office clients; upsell services.
  • Commercial & Administration - Monitor occupancy and licences; assist with invoicing and arrears follow-up; maintain records; identify efficiency and retention opportunities.


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in serviced offices, coworking, hospitality, hotels or commercial property. Strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills. Leasing or sales experience advantageous.
  • Hands-on, proactive, professional, accountable, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
