Roles

We are currently looking for the following roles to join the kitchen team for the Winter Season at Lake Jindabyne. All roles will be starting in June 2026, the casual hours will be from 24hrs to 30hrs a week.

• Seasonal Cook
• Seasonal Commis Chef
• Year-Round Cook

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience working as a cook or commis chef in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working across different sections in the kitchen is ideal.
• Good organisation and knowledge around different cooking skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH& S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, in a busy environment and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
