About the Role
We’re on the lookout for passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team – one within our Conference & Events operations and another in our relaxed and welcoming Lovedale Bar & Grill.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that sets our resort apart. This is your chance to bring your passion, leadership, and industry know how to a workplace where no two days are the same.
• Work closely with outlet managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Play a hands-on role in day-to-day operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver seamless service.
• Contribute to maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivering exceptional guest service – ensuring every guest receives warm, professional, and efficient service.
• Upholding venue standards – maintaining high levels of presentation and service in line with hotel expectations.
• Leading and inspiring the team – supervising, motivating, and guiding team members to create a supportive and productive environment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order – overseeing the upkeep of service areas, workspaces, tableware, utensils, and equipment.
• Driving operational excellence – encouraging the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Managing accurate revenue reporting – completing end-of-shift cash/charge summaries and daily reconciliations.
• Applying supervisory experience – using your background in premium service or fine dining to enhance team performance.
• Ensuring WH& S compliance – following safety standards to provide a safe, compliant working environment.
• Supporting collaboration – assisting other outlets and departments to deliver seamless hotel operations.
• Contributing to communication – attending team meetings and promoting alignment across the Food & Beverage department.
• Carrying out additional duties – supporting the Conference & Events Manager, Lovedale Venue Manager, and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage as required.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Guest-focused mindset – a genuine passion for hospitality and service, with a “find the yes” approach to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills – excellent verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with both guests and team members.
• Attention to detail – a hands-on approach with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.
• Creative problem-solving – the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility and availability – willingness to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, while supporting other F& B venues as needed.
• RSA certification – a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (essential).
