We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Conference & Events Food & Beverage Attendants to join our events team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll assist with conferences, corporate events, weddings, and special functions, helping to ensure each event runs smoothly and guests are well looked after.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in conference and events hospitality with flexible casual hours in a dynamic team environment.

About the role:

• Set up and pack down function rooms and event spaces
• Deliver professional food and beverage service during events
• Assist with plated, buffet, cocktail, and beverage service
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to support seamless operations

Skills and Experience:

• Previous hospitality or events experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Well-presented, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• To work in Australia, one must either be an Australian resident or possess the necessary working rights.
