About the Role

As a Room Attendant, your role is all about ensuring our rooms and public spaces are immaculate, welcoming, and ready for guests to enjoy. From making beds with precision to restocking amenities and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, you’ll take pride in every detail. You’ll also respond to guest requests with a smile, report maintenance issues promptly, and uphold strict safety and hygiene protocols. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or similar position within a hotel, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with hotel room attendant & housekeeping procedures and operational policies.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety (WH& S) practices and hazard reporting.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional approach to guest interactions.
