About the role

The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist will provide administrative, planning and coordination support for the delivery of OE initiatives including (but not limited to) Vocational education and training (VET), learning and development, leadership development and people experience.

Key responsibilities

To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Provide administration, planning, and delivery support for our VET program
  • Research, collect and analyse Vocational education and training data to inform and/or develop reports.
  • Provide administration, planning, and delivery support for our leadership development solutions.
  • Provide administration, planning, and delivery support for our learning and development solutions.
  • Support HRIS learning course development and enquiries.
  • Support People Experience systems and solutions.

Skills & experience

To thrive in the role, you will have these desired skills and experiences:

  • Strong administration experience demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, works within deadlines and prioritises effectively.
  • Experience working across multiple systems and platforms within a complex and matrixed business environment
  • Experience in researching, collecting and analysing data to inform and/or develop reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive problem-solver and always eager to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with proven ability to adapt to varying situations.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of human resources and vocational education and training practices.
  • Exposure to LMS management and design software (e.g. Articulate/Kineo)
  • Experience in HRIS management desirable (e.g. Dayforce).

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology or an equivalent field.
