About the Role:
EVT is looking for a commercially driven and customer‑obsessed Loyalty Program Manager to lead the growth and performance of EVT Stays, the loyalty program spanning QT, Rydges, Atura, LyLo, Ode Hotels and more across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific.
Based in Sydney in a hybrid working environment, you’ll drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement-ultimately boosting revenue across our hotel portfolio. You’ll shape the points economy, elevate member recognition across all tiers, and deliver a best‑in‑class loyalty experience. This role also plays a key part in expanding the program through strategic partnerships and demonstrating program value to hotel owners and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies that increase member bookings, frequency, and spend
  • Expand the program into new markets and ensure commercial viability
  • Monitor program performance and optimise using data‑driven insights
  • Oversee points, tiers, and rewards to maintain a compelling and sustainable loyalty ecosystem
  • Partner with finance and analytics teams to model liability and forecast redemption behaviour
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to enhance member benefits
  • Deliver engaging member communications and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital teams
  • Ensure the loyalty experience is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with brand values
  • Work cross‑functionally with hotel operations, technology, and commercial teams to embed loyalty across the business
  • Represent the voice of the member in product and service development
  • Engage with owners and asset managers to communicate program value and performance

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in loyalty program management, ideally in hospitality, travel, or retail
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue through customer engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Passionate about customer experience, loyalty, and brand engagement
