Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full-Time Front Office Supervisor to join the team looking after the following.

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of guest needs and concerns.
  • Supervise and support Front Office team members, providing guidance during peak periods and fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Monitor room availability, rate accuracy, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy, revenue, and compliance with credit policies.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts, rebates, and upgrades where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain “Room Ready on Arrival” standards and deliver personalised amenities for VIP and EVT PGR guests.
  • Drive revenue opportunities by identifying and implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with hotel outlets and partners.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues, ensuring engagement through briefings, recognition, and team-building activities.


What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast-paced hotel or similar property.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service with confidence, professionalism, and a dynamic, vibrant personality.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (preferably Opera) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with superior decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines, and varying guest situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a focus on self-development and driving superior results through engagement and collaboration.
  • Experience in managing guest feedback channels, resolving complaints, and driving continuous service improvement.
