We’re looking for passionate hospitality people to join our reopening team. Key Responsibilities

Leadership, Operations & Guest Experience

  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence across all outlets, leading service from the floor
  • Take immediate ownership of service issues, guest feedback, and operational gaps
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience by managing ambiance, pacing, and service standards
  • Adapt service style across multi-outlet environments (refined dining, casual, and events)

Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue through upselling, average spend, and beverage attachment
  • Manage labour costs, rostering, and productivity in line with revenue
  • Oversee stock control, cost management, and overall profitability

Beverage, Events & Activation

  • Develop and maintain a profitable, low-waste beverage program
  • Train teams to actively sell and confidently recommend food and drinks
  • Execute activations and promotions (e.g. happy hour, seasonal events, key trading periods)
  • Lead end-to-end event delivery, including planning, staffing, and coordination with the kitchen

Team Leadership, Systems & Compliance

  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on engagement, training, and retention
  • Establish and enforce SOPs across service, bookings, and event execution
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and RSA standards
  • Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders (Head Chef, F& B Manager, Front Office)

Operational Setup & Continuous Improvement

  • Support reopening or service evolution, including team structure, training, and service flow
  • Identify gaps, solve problems in real time, and continuously improve operations and guest experience


What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role working in hotels, restaurants or multi-outlet venues.
  • A strong beverage background with a solid knowledge on cocktail mixology and wines.
  • The ability to write cocktail lists, a creative flair to design specials and signature drinks.
  • Strategic in creating new ideas to drive revenue and guest spend.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders.
  • Great communication, team leadership and fostering a learning environment.
  • Ability to lead from the front, drive an excellent team culture and develop staff.
  • Strong financial acumen (e.g. P& L analysis, forecasting).
  • A passion for hospitality, people focused and innovative thinking.
