About the Role

Join the buzz at The Old Clare Hotel, where heritage meets hospitality with flair. As our F& B Supervisor, you’ll lead a passionate team across the Rooftop Bar, Clare Bar, and In-Room Dining—delivering smooth service, unforgettable moments, and a vibe that keeps guests coming back. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and support rostering, labour budgets, and training, all while inspiring a diverse team to deliver excellence every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across F& B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and equipment care
• Support team training, development, and professional presentation
• Manage rosters, labour budget, and stock levels to meet budget and service goals
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, OH& S guidelines, and security protocols
• Foster strong communication and teamwork across department

Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant.
• Managed a team of waitstaff or attendants across multiple outlets.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a guest first focus.
• Experience managing labour budgets, rosters and reservation systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel.
• Adaptable to deal with guest different needs and requirements.
