About the Role

Join the as a F& B Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team of F& B attendants to deliver an exceptional guest experience for the breakfast service starting at 6am. The role will involve greeting and serving guests, managing team rosters and labour budgets and providing recruitment and training to the team. This is a hands-on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as a supervisor or senior F& B leader managing the breakfast service in hotels.
• Experience as a barista required.
• Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
  
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
