About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious Executive Assistant to support our Group General Manager - Customer & Brand. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career -ideally with 1-2 years’ experience and a passion for marketing, brand, customer experience and creative environments.
This 12 month fixed term role (with potential to extend) is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast moving environment, and wants to build a career within one of Australia and New Zealand’s most diverse experience companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support including calendar, travel and priority management
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites and customer/brand forums end to end
  • Prepare polished briefs, presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
  • Support customer, brand, digital and marketing initiatives by coordinating inputs and tracking actions
  • Manage sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Help streamline processes and anticipate needs to keep the division running smoothly
  • Maintain alignment across Customer Experience, Brand, Marketing, Digital, Insights and corporate teams

Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
  • A marketing, communications, business or brand related degree (or working toward one)
  • Curiosity about customers, brands and creative problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
  • Initiative, adaptability and a proactive mindset
  • High integrity and comfort handling confidential information
