Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hotel operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest focused service.
• Oversee Front Office performance, staffing levels, presentation standards, and service delivery.
• Maintain strong communication across all departments and support teams as required.
• Drive revenue through effective rate management, upselling, and promotion of hotel facilities.
• Monitor and control departmental costs, cash handling, security procedures, and compliance.
• Maintain duty logs, incident reports, WH& S standards, and crisis management readiness.
• Lead, coach, and support staff to uphold service culture, productivity, and hotel values.
• Protect and maintain hotel assets, systems, and public area presentation.
• Represent the hotel as its ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment at all times.
