Atura Oran Park is set to open in the heart of Southwestern Sydney, bringing Atura’s people first, design‑led approach to a growing and well‑connected neighbourhood. With thoughtfully designed accommodation, expansive meetings and conferencing spaces, an outdoor pool and terrace and a locally inspired restaurant and bar, the hotel has been created to support connection, collaboration and great hospitality from day one.


Overlooking the Oran Park Town Centre and surrounding parklands, and located close to the new Western Sydney Airport, Atura Oran Park will be a place where locals, travellers and business guests naturally come together. Key Responsibilities

Step into the spotlight as Director of Sales, where you’ll shape the commercial heartbeat of one of Western Sydney’s newest hotels. This is your chance to lead the charge — crafting bold sales strategies, driving revenue to new heights, and growing the Atura market presence in the wider Sydney Market.


You’ll shape smart sales plans, anticipate market shifts, and work closely with Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital to unlock new opportunities. With your client first mindset and persuasive communication, you’ll build strong relationships, overcome challenges, and champion fresh ideas that keep Atura ahead of the game.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives market share growth and commercial outcomes, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded in the CRM.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, keeping them informed on goals, performance, and celebrating successes.
  • Manage tactical sales plans to maximise revenue, anticipating business peaks and troughs with a strong focus on rate and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital teams to identify new revenue opportunities and innovative packages.
  • Influence stakeholders and resolve challenges through persuasive communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 – 5 years in a senior sales role within hotels and a strong understanding of the Parramatta and wider Sydney market.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a sales team of at least 3 or more, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strong track record in delivering results through strategic planning and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large client accounts valued at $1M+, ensuring growth and retention.
  • Expertise in planning and organising resources to meet deadlines and optimise performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage risk, and maximise profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and gain buy-in.
  • Solid experience driving rooms revenue and F& B sales for entertainment and corporate clients.
