About the Role

This job requires a very deep understanding of the following systems with at least 50% of person time spent working with the systems. Those systems especially Progen are very complex and user-unfriendly, and person must have at least 1 year of experience working with them.

  • PROGEN – Property Management System
  • MASST – Project Management System
  • COUPA – Financial Reporting and Accounting System

Another essential knowledge required experience of managing/assisting managing Serviced offices and Contract management. At lease one to two years required of experience in both areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management:
    • Draft, review, and manage contracts related to cinema refurbishment projects and leasing agreements for all EVT Limited tenants and properties.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and correspondence.
  2. Project Support:
    • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing cinema refurbishment projects.
    • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
    • Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
  3. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries.
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Project Manager, clients, and contractors.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports.
    • Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to relevant parties.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Coordinate invoicing and billing for project-related expenses.
    • Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and project execution.
    • Ensure all project activities adhere to safety and compliance standards.
    • Conduct regular audits of contract and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management and project execution.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
