About the Role

As a casual CDP at The Old Clare creating food for the Bar, Rooftop Pool, Breakfast and Events. Bring your skills, passion and knowledge for cooking modern casual dining to the team. Expect dishes including pub classics and flavourful sharing plates in the bar and a Mexican vibe on the rooftop including raw bar and snacks.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ worth of experience in hotels, restaurants, or bistros at a similar level
• Experience across different sections including pans, grill and larder.
• Ability to train, guide and mentor junior staff.
• An eye for detail and maintaining product consistency and quality.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
