Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced full-time breakfast chef to join the team. This is a great role for someone that is looking to work mainly breakfast and lunch shifts. You will be working in a small team to deliver an excellent breakfast buffet offering to guests and support the wider team across the hotel.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience working in a busy hotel, club or similar environment.
• Experience across different sections with a strong understanding of bulk cooking and buffet experience.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and maintain consistency.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
