About the Role:
This role supports EVT’s Project Management & Design team with secretarial, administrative and PA duties. You will assist the team to manage multiple projects and take on a wide variety of administrative and financial related work including preparing purchase orders, processing invoices, financial reporting including cost reports, filing and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, works orders, and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Support project cost reporting, cash flow updates, and monthly expenditure tracking.
  • Maintain insurance certificates, filing systems, and accurate records across EVT systems.
  • Provide general administrative support including correspondence, document management, and handling enquiries.
  • Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and reception support as required.
  • Reception Relief to ground floor and Service Office as required – requires 5 days aweek from the office

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Strong focus on delivering results and meeting internal customer expectations.
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes, applying knowledge effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
