Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused and business-minded Donor Recruitment Manager.

This role requires a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving recruitment results through effective strategies and team leadership. As a Donor Recruitment Manager, you'll get to:
  • Drive the donor recruitment team to meet or exceed KPIs related to donor acquisition, retention, and blood collection goals
  • Hire, train, and coach staff to deliver results in a high-performance environment
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, market strategies, and territory alignments aligned with national and local objectives
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, projections, and resource allocation to optimize team performance
  • Build and maintain strong community and organizational partnerships to support blood drive scheduling and promotion #CSRAD


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in related field
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Minimum three years related experience, including t wo years supervisory experience
