TAOS SKI VALLEY, INC. is hiring a Rental Lead, Lockers, Lost & Found in Taos Ski Valley, NM. This is a full-time position.

Taos Ski Valley, Inc. utilizes both private and public, conventional, and computer-controlled RFID Key access lockers to offer our guests premier options for easy and secure access to their personal belongings. This role supports a steady, structured, systems-based operation that requires accuracy, organization, and calm problem-solving. The Rental Lockers Lead will take ownership of seasonal and daily locker rentals, maintenance, and organization for Resort Services. This includes RFID key programming, updating and maintaining an accurate database of items, communicating with guests and staff, and maintaining clear, predictable workflows. Working primarily from the Lost and Found office, the Rental Lockers Lead will additionally Lead our Team to assure all misplaced personal items are organized, catalogued, and returned to their owner when possible. This work requires attention to detail, chain-of-custody accuracy, and a methodical approach to problem solving. Occasional cross-department support may occur, but the primary focus of this role is systems management, organization, and Lost & Found operations. Essential Job Responsibilities: Actively work at the Lost and Found / Daily and Seasonal Locker office, engaging customers and staff to accomplish vision and goals. Qualifications/Knowledge 2 years minimum retail, rental, customer service or related experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.Retail point-of-sale software experience preferred.Ability to manage a steady workflow with occasional bursts of higher stimulation.Demonstrates experience appropriately handling differences, both internally and/or with guests.Experience with systems, databases, inventory, or other detail-oriented operational work is a strong match for this role. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings. Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Taos Ski Valley is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require moving on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. Travel may be required during trade shows. Physical Demands of Position Include: 50-75% of time spent at a counter or work station. 10-15% of time spent standing/walking. 10% of time spent moving objects - often lifting 25lbs rarely up to 50lbs, and using a dolly.
