What will you do?

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping intuitive digital experiences and strengthening ERP-related adoption across global teams. Your day-to-day work will include:
  • Designing and refining user interfaces in Figma, ensuring visually appealing, user-centered layouts.
  • Developing front-end components using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SharePoint pages and other digital content.
  • Building scalable WalkMe digital adoption solutions, including advanced logic, custom scripts, segmentation, and workflow automations that support ERP processes (SAP focus).
  • Conducting usability reviews and quality checks to ensure high design standards, functionality, and consistency across platforms.
  • Gathering user feedback, analyzing interaction data, and continuously improving user experience across SharePoint and digital adoption assets.
  • Managing documentation, version control, and technical specifications for all digital adoption deliverables.
  • Supporting the creation of process-aligned training content in SAP Enable Now, ensuring global users can learn and adopt ERP processes smoothly.

  • Strong UI/UX design foundation, with proficiency in Figma, responsive design, and front-end best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and familiarity with basic JavaScript for creating dynamic interfaces.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, either through design, support, or digital enablement.
  • Knowledge of digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe or SAP Enable Now.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret user behavior and translate insights into design or adoption improvements.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Digital Adoption Regional Manager

In this position, you will:
  • Work closely with global stakeholders across ERP, process design, and platform teams.
  • Collaborate daily with UX designers, functional analysts, WalkMe developers, SAP teams, and digital product owners.
  • Be part of a team-focused environment while functioning as an individual contributor with specialized expertise in UX and digital adoption.
  • Engage with international partners, ensuring alignment across regions while supporting adoption needs at a global scale.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in UI/UX design, digital content development, or digital adoption roles.
  • Proficiency with Figma, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (designing, supporting, or developing adoption solutions).
  • Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred or Adjacent Qualifications
  • Experience with WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, or other digital adoption platforms.
  • Basic JavaScript development for interactive components or custom logic.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint digital content design or administration.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
  • Understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
