Job Description
Schneider Electric is hiring a Total Rewards Analyst in Monterrey, NLE. This is a full-time position.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst, Health & Welfare to support the execution, optimization, and governance of health and welfare programs across the Americas with a focus in Mexico operations.
This role will serve as a key operational partner within Rewards Services, responsible for administration of benefit programs in Mexico, process design and continuous improvement. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant delivery of benefit programs.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has a strong continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates the ability to operationalize complex processes with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Health & Welfare Administration
- Support end-to-end administration of Health & Welfare programs including Food Coupons, Food Voucher coupons and related offers; ensure seamless execution of ongoing operations and annual cycles
- Partner with HR Digital Services, Payroll, Operational Excellence, and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely program delivery; partnership with other HR Pillars as necessary
- Ensure benefits programs are administered in compliance with global, regional and local regulations
- Proactively identify and close compliance gaps through process improvements and controls
- Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and governance frameworks
- Act as primary day-to-day contact
- Drive issue resolution, escalations, and continuous service improvements
- Ensure operational roadmap is built, maintained and properly executed
Process Design, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Design, document, and implement scalable and automated processes across health & welfare administration
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies, and implement solutions
- Leverage tools (Excel, HRIS, workflow tools) to streamline operations and improve accuracy
- Establish standardized operating procedures and ensure consistency to adhere to global, regional and local requirements
- Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Data Management & Analysis
- Manage large, complex datasets related to benefits administration and vendor outputs
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Utilize advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros) and reporting tools for insights
- Analyze trends, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making
Ticket Management & Employee Support
- Partner with employee services teams (e.g., People Link) to resolve tickets efficiently
- Manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and strong employee experience
- Monitor ticket trends to identify systemic issues and build process improvements
- Provide clear, professional communication to employees and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or total rewards
- Strong experience managing high volumes of data and transactions
- Proven experience with vendor management and operational delivery
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas; macros preferred)
- Experience designing or improving processes (automation experience strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting ticketing systems and escalation management (experience with ServiceNow a plus)
