What will you do?- Assist in building and configuring WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, and validations for enterprise applications (SAP, web portals, etc.).
- Help create simple logic-based workflows, segmentations, and triggers within WalkMe Editor.
- Support usability testing and quality checks to ensure solutions are intuitive and error-free.
- Gather and document user feedback to help improve WalkMe experiences.
- Help maintain assets, version control, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with global team members to understand requirements and translate them into WalkMe solutions.

- Interest in UX, digital adoption, or front-end technologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus but not required).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; exposure to JavaScript is a bonus.
- Interest in digital adoption, UX, or process-driven technologies.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical thinking.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools such as WalkMe.
