Description:
Quality Assurance Engineer
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our Reynosa plant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet customer requirements. You will drive continuous quality improvement and coordinate with quality manufacturing/logistics assurance engineers and quality control teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the application of the Process Control Plan.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
Create and maintain quality control documentation.
Lead process audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
Manage deviations and ensure compliance.
Serve as the local expert on assembled products in your sector.
Main Activities:
Oversee the quality of one or several production sectors.
Implement actions to satisfy customer requirements.
Coordinate with teams to drive quality improvements.
Maintain and update quality control documentation.
Conduct process audits and manage deviations.
Provide expertise on assembled products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of +4 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Experience with Process Control Plans and FMEA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
