Description:

In Schneider Electric we are looking for a Manufacturing (Production) Supervisor - 1 year contract, for our plant in Apodaca, Nuevo Léon.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Manage and control the safety of operating personnel in the low and medium voltage production lines of the Assembly plant.
  • Responsible for providing strategic and tactical human resources in areas of supervision and operation for production lines.
  • Manage and control the high levels of quality in the production lines to respond to the demands of the local and international market.
  • Responsible for achieving the expected service levels to meet customer needs.


This job might be for you if you have:

  • University degree in industrial/ mechanical/ mechatronics/ robotics/ automation engineering or related.
  • At least two years of experience in the manufacturing environment, directly on the production floor, in assembly or manufacturing lines, metal mechanic.
  • Experience supervising unionized personnel
  • Training and certifications in different areas (SPS, six sigma, lean manufacturing, Statistical process control, leadership, etc.)
  • Experience optimizing processes in the Assembly Plant, through the use of Lean tools.
  • Advanced English
