Description:

What will you do?
    • Support the Global PMO, Program Director, and Program Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring activities related to the e-invoice program.
    • Perform meeting scheduling and coordination across teams.
    • Create and maintain meeting minutes to document discussions and decisions.
    • Assist in the creation of project documents to support program execution.
    • Support the creation of purchase orders (POs) as needed.
    • Assist in the creation and follow-up of technical and functional tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Track and document project activities and maintain project pending lists.
    • Provide administrative coordination support for project-related tasks.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital acumen.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
    • A service-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
    • Educational background in Computer Systems Engineering, International Relations, or General Administration.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
    • 1 to 3 years of experience supporting administrative tasks.
    • Recent graduate in Computer Systems Engineering, International Relations, or General Administration.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and strong digital skills.
    • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
    • Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
