Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Learning Specialist internship in our MDIC office located in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

We are looking for an intern with interest in Graphics Design, Digital Engineering, Information Technologies, Communication, and Instructional Design. Some knowledge is essential for all applicants. Experience gained in the classroom, projects and through personal application will be considered.

As Learning Specialist intern, you will support the Change Management team to develop, update, and enhance learning materials, documents, guides, exercises for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as well as in planning and executing change initiatives collaborating with global teams. This includes change management plans, creating, managing, and delivering communication and knowledge content; analyzing, monitoring, and tracking data related to the progress of initiatives. The role also contributes to user engagement, training analytics, communication, and automation-leveraging digital tools and AI where possible.

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
  • Develop and Maintain PLM Learning Materials

    • Work with the PLM Learning & Change Management Leader and experts.

    • Create and maintain guides, presentations, FAQs, and hands-on exercises.

    • Design and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals) to support learning.

    • Test learning content to ensure clarity, ease of use, and impact.

    • Continuously improve materials based on feedback and insights.

    Drive Learning Engagement and Communication

    • Support communication campaigns to raise awareness of PLM training.

    • Help organize and deliver webinars, Q& A sessions, and user events.

    • Track and follow up on participation and feedback.

    Analytics, Automation, and AI Integration

    • Analyze training engagement and user data to improve impact.

    • Automate follow-ups and reporting using tools like Power Automate

    • Explore the use of AI and automation to enhance learning delivery and user experience.

    Digital Tools and Platform Support

    • Build and manage internal SharePoint sites or Power Apps for easy access to content and employee registration.

    • Maintain simple web-based solutions to support training and communication.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Active student of the following Engineerings: Industrial, Sustainable Development, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Mechanical Administrator, or related graduating in June 2026 or a later date.

• Experience with multimedia tools for training (video, design, etc.)

• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Analytical and comfortable working with data

• Interest or experience in AI and automation for learning

• Advanced English (spoken and written)
