Description:

Join our dynamic Industrialization team and drive excellence in industrial innovation! We're seeking an Industrial Project Manager - Senior Professional to lead cutting-edge industrialization initiatives and shape the future of our manufacturing processes.

What will you do:

  • Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch
  • Coordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targets
  • Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readiness
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in new product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders
  • Manage the introduction of new offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needs
  • Monitor and drive project performance related to timeline, quality, cost, and execution risks
  • Lead problem-solving and decision-making across complex project environments
  • Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering performance, engagement, and capability development
  • Provide clear status updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect delivery and business outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices, industrial processes, and team effectiveness


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record in manufacturing project management and NPI leadership
  • Strong expertise in supply chain activities and manufacturing technologies
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed quotations for piece cost and tooling
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Technical proficiency in providing launch support at assembly locations
  • Solid understanding of industrial processes, project governance, and product lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change
  • Experience in risk management, planning, and execution follow-up
  • Advanced English Level
