Customs Specialist - FTA.
This position is responsible of FTA analysis and certification, USMCA Centralization and Execution, customs valuation, importation duty reports, reduce duty payments, HTS classification, achieving the legal dispositions and on time delivery according to plant requirements as well as new projects. Follow up Blanket release, R8 balance, FTA Season administration.
Key Responsibilities
§ FTA Analysis and Certification
§ USMCA Centralization
§ To robust the USMCA execution of the Virtual Factories (FG's) in Mexico, shipping under FCA MX Plant being SEUSA the Importer of Record.
§ To robust the USMCA execution of the OG Vendors (RM & Comp) in Mexico, shipping under FCA MX Plant being SEUSA the Importer of Record.
§ Machinery Design Centers shipments from Mexico to the USA
Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail
• Foster collaboration and networking
• Aligned with Schneider's core values: Customer First, Act like owner, Dare to disrupt, Embrace Different, Learn every day
Qualifications/Experience
• More than 3 years of experience
• High level of English is required
• Advanced software literacy (Excel / Access / PowerPoint / SAP / Intrade)
• Background inside in Manufacturing Industry, Customs, Logistics and International Trade
• Expertise in Data management
