What will you do?- Conduct a state of the art assessment of the SharePoint library to identify which documents are up to date, which require revision, and which should be archived.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy and relevance of documentation.
- Support the design and development of communication materials for our internal offer creation system.
- Create visual content such as posters, internal campaigns, and short videos to communicate processes, updates, and best practices.
- Develop and publish internal communications through Viva Engage and other internal channels.
- Assist with organizing content, improving structure, and enhancing the clarity of internal documentation.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when reviewing documentation.
- Ability to analyze information and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual communication for designing posters, videos, and digital materials.
- Basic knowledge of communication principles and content structuring.
- Familiarity with digital tools for content creation (such as Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
- Capacity to work collaboratively, ask questions, and interact with different stakeholders across teams.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn internal processes and systems.

Who will you report to?- You will report to the R& D Communication and Training Leader, who oversees documentation governance, communication strategy, and content improvement initiatives for internal processes.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Communications, Marketing, Design, Industrial Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework in documentation, communication, or content creation.
- Basic skills in tools for graphic design or video editing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn technical or process oriented subjects.
- Any prior internship or project experience related to documentation or communications is a plus and will support success in the role.
