Job Description

Assistant in the preparation of information and review for bids, consisting of: attending design exchange meetings to collect project information, analysis of plans for the concept catalog, review and adjustment volumes, preparation comparisons of economic proposals received, review, negotiation and closing budgets. In addition to supporting the review of change orders at the closing of the work.

Responsibilities

• Attend prequal meetings and take note of the information and agreements of each site.
• Review the information from FC1 matching it with layouts, photographs, and comments from of each site to generate proforma costs (FC1) for the Preapproval meeting.
• Apply all changes resulting from the preapproval to generate new costs for the Approval meeting.
• Generate the costs of FC2 with the information received from Desing Department, verifying it with the plans, validating AZ and LL scopes to report any changes in the negotiations or scopes to the corresponding area, and also check with Management to determine the construction days of each site

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Architect, civil engineer
• 3 to 5 years
• Costs and budgets
• Well administrated, work under pressure
• Proactive, negotiation skills, organization
