Role reports to: North America Commercial Director

What you will do The Brand Manager will Lead the US Strategy development, Demand Generation, and Business Management of the US Neutrogena Hair Business reporting into the US Commercial Director working hand in hand with many cross functional stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities include End to End Management of Neutrogena Hair Porftolio, including a top priority Kenvue new product launch - from P& L Management and to leading US Demand Generation Marketing and Trade Strategy. You will lead to the achievement of revenue and profit targets through forecasting & budget management and identify opportunities to strategically grow the business and execute against them. You will be an integral part of leading our US 3-year operating model and work closely with our cross-functional commercial and global teams. This role will be responsible for all forecasting an analytics of the business and will require a roll-up-your sleeves mentality!
Responsibilities - Oversee the commercialization and execution of 2025 Kenvue top priority product launch including collaboration with Neutrogena Megabrand and Trade partners
- Develop and implement long-term portfolio strategies informed by a deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape.
- Partner with Neutrogena Megabrand team on flawless communications across owned, earned, and paid channels, focusing on influencer and consumer engagement to drive sales, consumption, and market share objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that adapt to market dynamics and meet future franchise needs.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to meet shipment and financial targets.
- Lead and execute all business forecasting and analytics to inform decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance and Operations, to align on strategic communications and plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture that values integrity, creativity, teamwork, and excellence within the marketing organization.
- Navigate and manage complex environments effectively.
- Oversee a robust external agency team to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Partner with the media team to enhance business results and optimize advertising performance.
What we are looking for - A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of business experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial experience is required.
- Marketing experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required.
- Strong analytical and insights execution experience required.
- Candidate must have superior leadership skills and demonstrated track record to lead cross-functional projects and ability to present strategy at senior levels
- Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround).
- P& L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required.
- Experience with agencies (especially writing insightful briefs that led to phenomenal consumer relevant work) is required
- Experience working within the Beauty / Haircare category is desired
What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$124, 100.00 - $175, 200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
