together. Your impact as a Cord Blood Lab Technician is vital. Support Vitalant's life-saving mission by contributing to laboratory operations. As a Cord Blood Lab Technician, you will be responsible for the processing, labeling, cryopreservation, and documentation of umbilical cord blood and tissue products in accordance with regulatory and quality standards. This role requires precision, adherence to protocols, and the ability to work in a highly controlled laboratory environment.
What to Expect Schedule: Days -some weekends as needed, based on lab workload.

As a Cord Blood Lab Technician, you will: - Perform Allogeneic and Autologous Cord Blood Processing.
- Umbilical Cord Blood and Tissue Freezing and Placement in Quarantine Storage.
- Product Accession, Registration and labeling.
- Sysmex WBC Counting.
- Tissue Processing.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science, Chemical, Physical or Biological Sciences required.
- CLIA requirements for high complexity testing required.
- No experience needed. We will train.
