Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Lodi branch across Service, Parts, and facility operations. This role ensures accurate technician time and expense processing, supports repair order lifecycle management, and assists with parts coordination and general office operations.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work while coordinating across technicians, leadership, accounting, and support teams.
Salary Range: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Qualifications
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and one to two years related experience.
Skills & Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities
- Review and enter technician timecards; ensure payroll accuracy for 20+ technicians
- Process and audit technician expenses and resolve discrepancies
- Track oil, coolant, and fuel samples, coordinate lab testing, and report results
- Open and close repair orders, validating labor, parts, and billing accuracy, and track job status
- Support parts operations, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Provide administrative support for calls, records, reporting, and office operations
- Assist with facility coordination, supplies, and general office logistics
- Support accounting tasks such as AP coordination, expense reconciliation, and credit/rebill activities
- General administrative duties for the branch
