Job Description
The Undergraduate Facilitator will support the instruction and operation of ENGR 311: Design with Materials. The facilitator responsibilities vary depending on if they are a design facilitator or a lab facilitator. Design facilitators will be responsible for leading 1-3 design sessions per week, while lab facilitators will be responsible for assisting a TA with 1-3 laboratory sessions per week. Both design and lab facilitators will be responsible for grading student assignments and attending regular training sessions to ensure alignment with course objectives and instructional best practices.
