Job Description
The Assistant Director of Information Systems and Technology is a vital member of the SERC/AIRC Operations team who will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and staff to support SERC’s and AIRC’s mission and organizational goals. This position reports directly to the SERC/AIRC Chief Technology Officer.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In compliance with the New Jersey Wage Transparency Act, the annual base range for this position is In compliance with the New Jersey Wage Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $115, 000 to $125, 000. This range represents the University’s good faith estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Stevens Institute of Technology determines compensation based on factors including the position’s scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, education, skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational considerations. The final salary will be set considering departmental budget, qualifications, relevant credentials, and the position's full-time equivalency.General Submission Guidelines:
