What You’ll Get to Do

The Operations Manager in Moorestown, NJ is focused on the operational aspects of the branch which include manufacturing, safety, equipment and reports to the VP/GM.

This role is perfect for an individual who is a leader, will growth, and drive continuous improvement. A vital member of the Operations Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader. Salary range: 160-190K

Job responsibilities include:

  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, HR, and Procurement teams to align and execute strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and talent optimization.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying, implementing, and tracking KPIs to optimize processes, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance cross-functional performance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, enhancing employee morale, and championing initiatives that strengthen organizational values and team engagement.
  • Lead CapEx initiatives and daily plant operations, ensuring strategic alignment, budgetary discipline, ROI-driven decisions, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and availability to support a 24/5 operation, maintaining consistent leadership presence and responsiveness across shifts to ensure operational continuity and team support.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on management experience with budgeting, quality assurance, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing a TPS based operation preferred
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
