Description:

Position Summary

Manages all projects for identified customers, from preflight meeting through conclusion of production, and disposition of remaining inventory, while maintaining customers "ship to trade" dates. The Sales Project Manager acts as a liaison between Menasha Service sites and all other internal / external sources.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address customer requirements.
  • Provide full-time, dedicated customer support and the highest level of internal and external customer service.
  • Provide directive and clearly communicate deliverables to internal & external, cross-functional team members.
  • Proactively manage all key milestone of development and execution to ensure customer deliverables are met.
  • Daily maintain Web-based Project Summary outlining key milestones and project details, allowing all parties instant access to updates.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Act as key liaison for customer, their agencies, and creative teams specific to our programs.
  • Utilize tools and reports to identify and benchmark, KPI's and results.
  • Utilize ProPlus as one of the tools for obtaining project specific information.
  • Understand and assess full scope of program needs including pack out of product as warranted.
  • Review pricing for accuracy and present to customer.
  • Create a clear transition to prospective programs into production.
  • Provide clean hand-off for order fulfillment to Menasha teams including: Quantity, PO's & Spec Packs.
  • Provide support on customer's trends and insights internally as needed.
  • Perform duties as assigned.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 5 years' experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities to perform the duties listed above.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including listening and interpretation of instructions both oral and written.
  • Ability to understand and utilize various systems of record within MPC.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability and flexibility when changes arise.
  • Must be able to work effectively and tactfully under pressure.
  • Willingness to take initiative and work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to make comparisons and calculations rapidly and accurately; read, understand, and interpret reports; compile and analyze relevant information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time using a computer, computer keyboard, mouse and desk phone.
  • Must be able to use a motor vehicle to travel offsite to customer facilities.
